What will your day-to-day life be like?
As a part of the People, Culture & Talent team & developing strong internal client relationships, you will manage the whole UVE Recruitment Journey & take part of other HR projects in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (national and international)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: from defining profiles and posting roles to screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support decision-making.
- Design attraction strategies for specialized profiles (Tech, Corporate, Operations, etc.).
- Manage recruitment tools (ATS) and sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
Employer Branding & External Communication
- Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen our employer brand across social media, job fairs, universities, and events.
- Create engaging content that showcases our culture, projects, and team experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align our internal and external brand messages.
Internal Communication & Engagement
- Support internal communication initiatives: newsletters, internal campaigns, launches, and team events.
- Foster a sense of belonging and connection with our company values.
Cross-Functional HR Projects
- Contribute to talent development, training, onboarding, wellbeing, and culture projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in People, Talent & Culture processes.
Our 🔝 profile
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, ideally in tech and international environments.
- Genuine interest in developing your career in HR within the tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex people-related situations.
- Self-driven, proactive and organized.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Curious, innovative mindset — not afraid to “think outside the box.”
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required (certificates not required, but strong communication is essential).
