What will your day-to-day life be like?
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will assist the CRO and the Business Development team in optimizing the sales process, identifying and implementing more effective sales tools, conducting research to support market entry, and contributing to commercial and company-wide projects aimed at enhancing the overall performance of the sales team.
Functions
Join ongoing sales optimization task forces, actively contributing ideas and learning from experienced team members.
Conduct research and propose improvements to make sales operations more effective and efficient.
Support Sales Operations by enhancing CRM workflows and documenting key processes clearly.
Assist the Sales Team with essential sales processes and administrative tasks.
Help draft, review, and organize sales contracts and related documents.
Collaborate on exciting commercial projects and internal company initiatives.
Take on additional tasks assigned by the CRO to gain hands-on experience across the business.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management,Economics, or a related field of business. · Shows strong interest in sales and business development.
Ability to work in a team.
Communication skills.
Autonomy, proactive attitude, initiative, and anticipation.
High level of commitment and responsibility
Proficient in Office package.
Spanish and English advanced level. Other languages may be valued depending on the market.
