What will your day-to-day life be like?
As a Junior Business Development , you will support the Business Development Team in driving UVE’s growth in the Spanish market. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn about consultative sales, market analysis, and business strategy within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Support
Data Intelligence: transforming commercial data into actionable insights that support strategic and data-driven decision-making.
Route-to-Market Visibility: providing end-to-end visibility across manufacturers, distributors, and points of sale to monitor product performance and sales execution.
Sales Optimization: enhancing point-of-sale execution, driving revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency.
Commercial Analytics & Automation: leveraging reporting, forecasting, and analytical tools to support sales planning, performance management, and integration with business systems such as ERP and CRM platforms.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Work closely with experienced professionals across Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Customer Success, and other business functions.
Participate actively in training programs, team meetings, workshops, and internal projects.
Collaborate on strategic commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Our ideal candidate profile
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, or other related business functions. Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in technology, SaaS solutions, data analytics, and commercial strategy, preferably within the FMCG/CPG sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and present ideas clearly and professionally.
Analytical mindset combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and company activities.
